Symantec Hosted Services - New Partner Training Courses
Symantec Hosted Services provides an annual training schedule designed to help our partners fully
capitalise on high-margin service opportunities and increase their services business through
professionally trained staff that can sell, implement and support MessageLabs Hosted Email and Web
Security Services.
The courses have been designed to kick start your partnership with us but would also prove useful as
refresher training. All courses will run as audio and web conferences, the duration of the courses outlined
below will be approximately 1 hour.
The arrangement of the courses is divided into three stages.
- The first of which is the Getting Started Module.
- The second stage would be selling MessageLabs Hosted Email or Web Services.
- The third and final stage is demonstrating, implementing and configuring MessageLabs Hosted Email or Web Services.
