Refund Policy for E-Commerce Customers

1) Pre-authorising a credit card or taking credit card payment does not constitute acceptance of Customer’s order and MessageLabs reserves the right to reject the order and refund the amount to the credit card.

2) If the Customer terminates the order upon written notice to cancellations@messagelabs.com within the first fourteen (14) days from the date that the Service is made available, MessageLabs will refund the amount already taken from the credit card (if any).

3) If the Customer terminates a Service upon written notice in accordance with Clauses 3.5 and 4.3 of the Service Level Agreement, MessageLabs shall provide a pro rata refund to the credit card of charges paid in advance for the affected Service for the period after termination.
