What happens when I log a referral?
When you log a referral a MessageLabs Account Manager will telephone you to offer their support. They will NOT contact the client directly.
Why should I log a referral?
Clients will often contact MessageLabs directly in order to double check pricing that they have received from their IT provider. If we have no record of you working on the opportunity this can sometimes lead to confusion and multiple proposals and account managers working with the prospect. By logging the referral we can ensure that the client is directed back to your Account Manager and advised that the pricing you have provided them is correct. In addition we can position you as leading the sales process and the first point of contact for future questions.
